Jennifer Caverson joined our law
office
upon its' opening in 2005. Prior to that, Jennifer was employed with
Plunkett & Cooney for over eight years as a Legal Assistant and in
Technical Support. She is a graduate of Roscommon High School, and also
graduated Cum Laude with her Associates Degree in Business from Baker
College of Owosso. Jennifer has over fifteen years of combined legal
experience in the following areas: Workers'
Compensation, Personal
Injury, Family Law, Criminal Law, Real
Estate
Law, Corporate
Law, Business Law, Probate and Environmental Law.
Jennifer Caverson is a member of the National Association of

Alyssa
Paquin
is a graduate of Gaylord High School who started working for
Michael D. Nelson as a Co-Op student in 2006 doing filing and copying.
She has moved up to Receptionist/Legal Assistant focusing on Workers'
Compensation matters including: scheduling, subpoenaing, medical
records, preparing applications, notices, client interviews, filing,
copying, and mailings.
